Articles of Incorporation of the Association
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That the undersigned, being the President of Kingsgate Highlands, Divisions 3 and 4 Homes Association, currently unincorporated, for the purpose of forming a non-profit corporation under the laws of the State of Washington, does hereby certify the following to be agreed Articles of Incorporation of such corporation (hereinafter for convenience referred to as “Association”): Article I The name of this corporation is Kingsgate Highlands, Divisions 3 and 4 Homes Association. |
