Mailing Lists

The Association maintains a list server to facilitate announcements to and discussions among members. Currently there are three mailing lists you can subscribe to:

List Name	Address for posting	Description
news	news@kingsgate.org	Kingsgate 3 & 4 News. This list is for announcements and news concerning the Kingsgate Highlands Divisions 3 and 4 Homes Association. This list should not be used for conversation and discussions; use the "talk" list for that. If you want to receive only important announcements and not the daily chatter, this is the list for you.
talk	talk@kingsgate.org	Kingsgate 3 & 4 Discussion. This list is for discussion between homeowners and residents in the Kingsgate Highlands Divisions 3 and 4 Homes Association.
FromTheBoard	for board members only	This list is used for announcements from the Association Board to members and residents. Email addresses submitted along with your assessment statements are automatically added to this list. Only members of the Board may post announcements to this list; if you think something should be posted, please direct it to the President or another member of the board.
monarchs	monarchs@kingsgate.org	Kingsgate Monarchs Swim Team. This list is for communication between parents, coaches, swimmers, and others interested in the activities of the Kingsgate Monarchs Swim Team.

To subscribe to a list, click on http://lists.kingsgate.org/mailman/listinfo and follow the instructions there. When you subscribe, you will receive a confirmation message indicating that you are subscribed to the list, as well as instructions for how to unsubscribe; it's a good idea to save these confirmation messages for later reference.

To post a message to a list, send email to the "Address for posting" listed in the table above. Only subscribers are permitted to post messages to our lists, in order to reduce the incidence of spam.

To unsubscribe from a list, use the link provided in the email you received when you subscribed, or just go to http://lists.kingsgate.org/mailman/listinfo and follow the instructions there.
